Services and How We Price Them
Transparency is our rule. We don't quote hourly rates that stretch the job out. Our prices are set per metre or per unit, clearly, from the start.
Trenches and Water Mains
For water pipes, electrical cables or gas lines. We dig to the standard safe depth of 1.2 metres so pipes don't freeze in winter.
Wells
We dig new water sources and clear out silted springs. For well digging we charge per reinforced concrete ring fitted (0.8m or 1m), not by the hour. We install with precision and seal the joints against surface water.
Turnkey Septic Tanks
Complete off-grid drainage systems. We size the tank to the household's water use, bring the rings, dig the pit, and fit the cover and outlet pipe.
Foundations and Levelling
We prepare ground for extensions, heavy fencing or new builds. We dig with a mini excavator exactly to the architectural plan, keeping right angles, then clear the surplus soil.

Hand Digging
If the space is under 1.5 metres wide, if you already have a landscaped garden, paved paths or fruit trees to protect - we don't force machinery through. A crew of skilled workers goes in, digs carefully to the needed depth, and leaves it tidy.
Machine Work
When time is the deciding factor and the ground allows it. We use an agile mini excavator for open plots, house extensions, or to lay 50 metres of trench in a single day. High accuracy, done in half the usual time.

3. Finishing and Clean-up
We fit the covers, cover the pipes and, if you want, load and remove all the surplus soil. You get a finished, working system.

Digging a well starts from 1200 MDL per concrete ring fitted. The price depends on the depth to groundwater and access to the yard. Anyone searching online for well-digging prices gets a clear quote from us, worked out per ring, not by the hour.
What's the price per linear metre for digging a trench?
A trench for a water main, electrical cable or gas line starts from 250 MDL per linear metre, at the standard depth of 1.2 m. On larger jobs, and on ground without gravel, the price per metre comes down.
Do you dig drainage lines and septic tanks?
Yes. We handle drainage and septic tanks turnkey: we size the tank to the household's water use, bring the rings, dig, and fit the cover and outlet pipe. We work by hand in landscaped yards and with a mini excavator on open ground.
Do you dig by hand or only with an excavator?
Both. We dig by hand where you have a lawn, paved paths or trees to protect and the space is under 1.5 m. We use the mini excavator when the ground is open and time matters - up to 50 metres of trench in a single day.
